Surprise  I was surprised when we where examining the crystals after we pet them in the water and it looked like salt an the unknown the way they dissolved looked the same at first I thought it was epsom salt but then it turned out to be salt. Summary I learned that different types of crystals if one looks like the other from a daily view don't just expect it to be that because to find the answer you have to run more tests like what we did. Backward The only thing I knew about this topic is that we did some other crystal experiments the week before but besides that I never really did any thing like it.Now I learned that when you dissolve the crystals after a while you really know what is  the unknown crystal is. Surprise My surprise this week was when today we were crushing the crystals and I originally thought that the unknown crystal was Epsom salt but I found almost enough information to say for sure it's sugar.  summary This week I learned that different crystals look very different and the sound they make are very different.I learned that even if they look the same they are very different shapes and sounds when you look at them closely. Backward I had never tried to see any of these crystals side by side before.But now I know that even if some might look the same from a distance if you look closer they are very different crystals Inward This week I think I did good to ok because even if I completed all my papers I could have written better responses. surprise This week while we were doing the experiment on the temperature of water where the M&M's where in I thought that the room temperate water would dissolve the fastest but instead the M&M in the hot water dissolved the fastest.I was surprised because we were keeping on doing experiments with room temperature water so I thought it would dissolve the fastest. summary This week I learned that M&M's can really surprise you on how they dissolve in water (also different types of water),how they dissolve in different temperatures in water,and what they look like when they dissolve with two or more M&M's in a cup of water . backward I had never tried to put M&M's in water,but now I know that when you put them in water they dissolve. inward This week I think I did good because I had all my papers done and had all my data collected. outward I worked like other people because we were all  the same table so we had the same results. ...

Surprise Today during our M & M experiment I thought that only the color would dissolve in the water but instead it dissolved not just the color but also the sugar off it. Summary In this project I learned that M & M lose their color and the M & M's sugar dissolves and spreads around the plate. Backward Before this experiment I never new that a M & M could lose it's color or it's sugar be dissolved. Inward This week I think that I did what the expectations asked me to do: make a hypothesis ,write my data and  I took notes. Outward I worked like other people and we had the same data because we were in a group viewing one M & M so we had the same data. Forward One thing I would like to improve on is that I can take more detailed notes.

                   During this project I  learned that tornadoes are one of the strongest natural disasters and they can cause lots of damage.I learned that snowstorms are worse than what they seem because they can knock out power  and very important things.  Backward I knew that tornadoes were very dangerous but I did not know that tornadoes had winds that could go up to 300 MPH.I did not know much about winter  storms but now I know that they are very powerful and can knock out many important things and that they are very dangerous. Inward  I think during our project we did a good job of planning it and editing it.We had some struggles but in the end we worked it out and did a good job. Outward  There was only one other group that did the tipe of project we did so we did not do it similar  to them because they made there film all one shoot while we did it in many shoots and put it...

When I was studying tornadoes this week I learned that tornadoes commonly happen the most in T exas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana. Backward i did not know much about tornadoes before i studied them but now i know that they need moist air that comes from the gulf of Mexico and cool dry air that comes from Canada .  Inward   This week I think Abram,Raul and I are making good progress because we have already all our  facts and we are almost ready to do the video.  

I learned that weather only occurs in the troposphere.There is 4 layers of the atmosphere.The theremosphere is divided in to two layers the i onosphere and the exosphere.I also learned what all the layers do Trposphere: weather only occurs in that layer.Stratosphere: the layer that protects earth from harmful rays . Messosphere: where metiors burn up.Theremosphere: where space shuttles fly. Backward I did not know much about the atmosphere until now.Know i know that the Messosphere is where metiors burn up. Inward This week i am satisfied with what i did because in my opinion i got what i wanted done and I almost the entire time i  was on task and doing my work.
